We are happy to accept orders by the website, by phone, by email and in writing.

DELIVERY
UK orders POST FREE; for orders outside the UK please see rates at checkout.
We will acknowledge all the orders we receive and we will confirm any special requirements and the expected delivery date with you personally. Please let us know in good time if you need a particular item for a specific date.
All parcels will be sent by a guaranteed service requiring a signature.
We will phone or email when the parcel is being despatched.
PAYMENT
We welcome payment by PayPal and all major credit cards via the checkout page or over the phone. If you prefer to pay by cheque (UK customers only), please make it payable to Hearth & Home.
Goods will be despatched when the cheque has cleared.
Hearth & Home Gift Cards may be used as part or full payment against any Hearth & Home Miniatures product/s purchased from us at shows or by mail order. At present there is no facility to use the vouchers on the website. There is no cash alternative and no change will be given.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
Please pay by PayPal or Credit/Debit card. This is the easiest, quickest and most trouble free way of making payment.
We do not impose any extra charge for paying by credit card.
Sales taxes imposed by your own country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your order we will refund on any stock item returned to us in perfect condition within 10 days of receipt of goods. If you wish to exercise this right you must notify Hearth & Home Miniatures either by phone or by email. You must also pack the items carefully and (at your own expense) arrange for them to be returned in a saleable condition as soon as possible. The items will be deemed to be returned only when they are actually received by Hearth & Home Miniatures.
Any items made to customers' own specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right to cancel. These are bespoke products, manufactured specifically to order and therefore non-returnable (items which we would not be able to add to our normal product range).
DAMAGED GOODS
We take great care in making, handling and packaging our miniatures so they arrive in perfect condition. In the very rare event of damage in transit, please notify us immediately. We will then be happy to send a replacement on receipt of the broken item.
PRICING
All prices on our website are correct at present. Although we try to avoid increasing our prices, unexpected costs to us mean that we must reserve the right to alter these prices without notice.
COLOUR & DESIGN
All Hearth & Home Miniature models (with the exception of the wallpapers) are handmade from the raw materials. Therefore each piece may contain slight surface and colour variations which one would expect with hand production. We make every effort to display the colour of our miniatures as accurately as possible. Illustrations and specifications provided are not binding in detail. We reserve the right to alter colours, designs and dimensions if necessary.
Hearth & Home Miniature models are designed for adult collectors and are not recommended for children under 14 years of age
